Today we closed on selling our home with Eddie and we couldn't be happier with him as our listing agent/realtor! There is a reason when you pull up his information you see a solid five stars. Today at the closing (Mr. Pressley, who was great too!) the attorney jokingly referred to him as Mr Five star and that's the perfect nickname for Eddie. I worked with Eddie for my first home purchase and the closing process was remarkably smooth. His team is kind and well connected with each other to keep things moving along and keep you informed. As a first time home buyer, everything was very new and unknown. Eddie was very knowledgeable and helpful to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and we got the best deal. Eddie helped me find my first home and made the process so easy! He was so great to work with that I used him again several years later when I purchased a bigger home. Several of my family members have also used Eddie. He is very knowledgeable about the area, patient with his clients, and even keeps in touch after the home buying process is over.
