Do NOT use John Hogan as a property manager. He is a complete waste. He does absolutely nothing, but collect rent and he really doesn't do that because they mail it in. He will let your home go to complete crap and not think twice about it. He charges 11% and promises to give you better service than his competition when in all actuality he service is non existent. He let a leak sit for months because he "hadn't gotten around to it yet." Garbage! If your home needs repairs, he'll expect you to arrange it. Waste of a penny.
Everything runs smoothly when they want your money (move-in)! Then they can take their time to fix things - some things go unfixed period. The problem is when you move out! They look for reasons NOT to give you your FULL deposit back. Anything they can do to keep your money. On walk-through, I specifically asked if there was anything that would prevent me from getting my security deposit back in FULL and she said no. F****** horrible. I ask for reimbursement on a plumbing bill or deduct it from the pet deposit. In turn I hear it's not our problem. Do not rent from these worthless f****!!!!!
I had my house managed by John Hogan for about 6 years. The guy is an idiot. He did not know how long a deposit was suppose to be held. As a result, I had to pay the house damages out of my own pocket because he returned the deposit. Other tenans broke screen door, sealed up window without permission, steal the freezer, broke the refrigator, broke or steal my washer and dryer without paying any compensation. I think that the service here is HORRIBLE! Our property manager Ana Ologue never ever answers the phone, it takes forever to get a repair done! I wish I could get out of the lease and go somewhere else!!
Decent service. I never saw my agent Liz again after signing my lease papers. Had some issues where we had to have things repaired and they took longer than I would have liked. Issue such as the roof and ceiling leaking, water damage to some cabinet after a broken disposal started leaking. Charged me for some little BS things when I moved out. Even though the move-in inspection showed the house was not in great shape to begin with.
Working with Benchmark has been excellent. I was hesitant in choosing Benchmark because there were so many options! I'm so glad I did. Renting from Benchmark has proven to be an excellent decision. I have zero problems with them, they always keep the property well maintained and respond quickly to my needs.
No worries, just great service! I feel they keep me informed and handle my concerns swiftly. Working with Benchmark has really taken a load off...Absolutely no problems. I'm glad we're working with Benchmark. They are the best!
