Randal from Benchmark Appraisals provided an appraisal that was $152,000 above another appraisal done, at the same time, on the same property. The house was listed for sale, one month later, for $62,000 lower than Benchmark's appraised value. The house has been on the market for over one month with no offers. I would suggest trying a different appraisal company in town, you will waste your money using this company to appraise your multi family property and you'll have to hire another appraisal company, Save yourself the headache and call around a couple others before using these guys
