So disappointed. I was supposed to have sleep study 7 months ago. Have yet had it for one reason or the other. I was here tonight for study. After speaking with both offices and insurance supposedly was verified and approved. Well I was turned away again. Claiming insurance is inactive??? Makes no sense.
This place is horrible!!! Had Dr at the hospital that had ties to this place and they dang near killed me using me as a experiment to there med's I went home went to my primary Dr appointment and seen my cardiologist out of Houston and MAYO in Minnesota and was told these Drs had no idea what they were doing. They were over medicating me for 10 days and my blood pressure went to 88 over 53 and oxygen levels went to 92 my Drs put me back on the meds I was on and with in 5 days everything improved. The worst staff ever....they placed my aunt in a room with a bed and recliner in it (mind you my aunt is in a wheelchair), but as Mr Juan Manuel said I would have helped her if she was by herself, but since I was there I had to maneuver her in and out of the room myself. The director of billing also stated that since my aunt in from the nursing home she would need assistance from the nursing home and she thanked God that I was with her. Very disappointing!!! Both offices Brownsville and Harlingen are the most unorganized drs office I have been too! They are rude to speak to on the phone if you can get them to answer! They cancel appointments without informing you. And then you get to the office for the appointment to wait over an hour past the appointment time. In a standing room only because they have over booked and no chairs are available! This is a joke!
I have been going to benchmark harlingen seeing Dr Rodriguez. I have had very good care with them. He explains very well. I never wait that long.
