Worst management company I have ever seen. Non responsive, rude, lack of communication, stubborn, not at all customer focused. If you want your community to have a decent experience dealing with mgmt, this is the last place you should consider. You have to remind and call them 100 times and still they make mistakes. My monthly charges were credited to someone else in the building and we get lawyer notices to get the money. Wooow , now thats what we call having gutts to ask money .
