There are numerous things/issues that popped up during our stay. It all points to Benchmark being a super unprofessional company that is doing the bare minimum (sometimes less) than they have to. We had to call/message them to get the checkin code and instructions. They insisted on messaging us outside of Airbnb which shouldn’t be the case. Giving a One Star like everybody else because there is "No Star Rating" Worst company ever. Don't care about their homeowners and clients at all. Never respond to phone calls or emails. The owner Dan Sugarman is worst than all his employees and now I understand why the company is so poorly run. Incompetent and rude people Zero zero zero stars
Zero Star is what I give it to them. Terrible customer service. They sent me In application for a different condominium. (Incompetence )Very very very long time to get an approval. Nobody answer the phone. I don’t know how this company still in the market.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH FOR APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS. THEY MAKE ALL PARTIES HATE THE WHOLE RENTAL PROCESS. ZERO FOLLOW UP AND YOU CAN HARDLY GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU DO THEY ARE RUDE!

Their communication is HORRIBLE; over the phone, their communication is non existent: if you do by some miracle get in touch with them, the women are EXTREMELY RUDE and act like you’re bothering them.
