Their buggy website crashes, and it seems they can not do basic accounting. Surprisingly awful. But they are cheap-er!
The level of service provided by Benchmark Property Management has been disappointing to say the least. Communication is practically nonexistent it is extremely difficult to reach anyone willing to take responsibility or provide clear answers when an issue arises. Their lack of professionalism, utter disregard for clients' needs, and total inefficiency in managing requests make dealing with them a deeply frustrating experience.
