What a breath of fresh air it was to walk into a clinic setting where all body systems are taken into account when dealing with physical performance as we move through our days. Nutrition, body composition, activity levels, blood + glucose levels are taken into account giving a comprehensive guideline for living optimally (think longevity). Dr. Kaitlin and staff are all very personable. The future of medicine !!
Dr. Kaitlin Link was absolutely outstanding! She took the time to answer my questions clearly, and I left feeling truly cared for. I only wish I had gone to see her sooner—I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve already booked my next appointment. Thank you, Dr. Link!
I had the opportunity to have a Dexa at Benchmark. Overall it was a great experience and super informative. Dr. Kaitlin explained all the data to me to help me understand where I can improve. Definitely recommend giving Benchmark a visit if you're on the fence.
