I chose Benchmark PT because they were highly recommended. I have been going here for various rehabilitation needs due to karate and arthritis over the years. They listen to my goals, and work with my schedule and insurance to get me back in training shape so I can continue to not only train but also enjoy the rest of my life. The staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and I love the exercises they come up with.
Jess was my therapist and she was incredible. I came in with so much pain in my jaw and neck. She helped somuch, I really don't have pain any longer and she gave me a number of tools and exercises to help keep things working right. I would highly recommend her and the staff.
I go for a visit they tell me it’s gonna be $125 each visit two visits a week until my deductible met. I paid $125. I decided I can’t afford $250 a week besides the fact that we talked for an hour and then they gave me a printout to do at home. No help At all. That was back in June now it’s April 20 25 and they say I owe another $74. Have I known it was gonna be $195 visit I would cancel the first one terrible customer service.
Jess gave me a lot of help, knowledge, and strength. I'll still have to have knee replacement in the fall, but she pushed me to get stronger for my vacation in April. Mary was always helpful and personable in reception, too. Thank you!
