Wonderful therapy with a fabulous coach, Tim!!
Jessica and her team did a great job of identifying my issues and treating them: both by stretches and exercises, and by manual work on me. I feel like I have made a complete recovery. It was worth the work and the cost, and I would recommend them to others.
I received a physician’s referral for sciatica pain on my right hip and leg that had been troubling me for almost a year, trying to fix it myself wasn’t working. Therapists, Caroline and Paulina, led by Jessica, set up a personalized treatment plan, within a couple of weeks I began to notice improvement.
