Benchmark in West Salem, OR. was absolutely outstanding in helping me recover from my 2nd knee replacement!!! Very patient and kind and extremely helpful with what excercises I needed to strengthen areas of concern. Starting with Mary with my insurance and booking appointments to all the therapists who worked with me. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Need help? Don’t hesitate to reach out to them.
In around about way they found out I had new med ins before I did and put claimes on my new ins. Lied to really.. thanks guys
Excellent service and everyone iwas very nice, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable with the exercises given me started easy but got harder as I go but it helped me fast. Thank you so much! I will recommend BenchMark physical therapy to friends and families.
I wasn't looking forward to PT, but it ended up being great. Everyone was really friendly, professional, thorough. They were great at keeping on goals and providing routine. It definitely helped my recovery. I would recommend this facility (BenchMark at West Salem Courthouse Fitness.)
It took several sessions to convince them I was not having joint pain but was having issues with balance. Once that got settled, the therapies were excellent and progress happened rapidly. I was discharged yesterday and with ongoing work I expect to do well in the future.
