Iam not sure why this location received a 4.3 rating. I made the mistake a selected BenchMark Therapy at the Morrow location, where the therapist came in past your appointment time, did not listen to you concerns and care was not consistent. I was e-mailed and called by this location several times inquiring my option of the care I received. I send my option asking for the regional office contact information -which I have not received to this date June 27, 2022. The request was made over 3 weeks ago. Be informed, Be aware.
