The employees are very caring. They are fantastic at what they do.
My physical therapist at Benchmark in Madisonville was excellent. Immediately diagnosed why I was having pain in my left foot and calf. Showed me exercises to alleviate pain and focused on healing. None of the medical doctors had given me any advice for improving except with shots or shoe inserts. Loved going the PT route.
The staff at benchmark are reasonable kind and very considerate really enjoyed the staff there they really do make a difference trying to help people
Benchmark is just AWESOME! Years ago we went to another location and they were great and now I'm going to the Madisonville location and from the very start, with Jessica on the phone/front office, to the amazing Macy, PT, I've had such a great experience. Macy has helped me so much already. She's so knowledgeable and explains everything and is just the sweetest. Five Stars - Would Recommend!
