Benchmark is just AWESOME! Years ago we went to another location and they were great and now I'm going to the Madisonville location and from the very start, with Jessica on the phone/front office, to the amazing Macy, PT, I've had such a great experience. Macy has helped me so much already. She's so knowledgeable and explains everything and is just the sweetest. Five Stars - Would Recommend!

I go for physical therapy in Madisonville, TN and was doubting of seeing any results. I can tell you I was completely wrong and so happy I went. The staff is extremely friendly and my physical therapist is just the best I could have asked for! I highly recommend them.
