I just wanna Start out by Saying that BenchMark physical therapy is an incredible place to have Therapy Done at if ever needed. The Jasper Location is Amazing and the Staff Are so friendly and Make you feel at home, I had a Chance to work with Brooke King one of there Therapists for a shoulder injury that I had happen to me, she’s very smart and she know what she is Doing. All the staff are friendly. Each therapist is interested in your recovery and will help anyway they can. The staff here treats you like family.
Can not express how incredible my experience with Benchmark was. I had a major injury the week my wife and I came home with our baby, and I was feeling the stress and worry of our situation, then I started with Benchmark. From the very beginning they treated me like I was family, took excellent care of me, and I left feeling confident. They know their stuff. They are cautious with your injury and move slowly through the healing process. They are very protective of their clients
The staff are great and absolutely wonderful. Would recommend to anyone! Five stars
Byrne and Kevin were great at helping me recover my range of motion and strengthening my muscle tone from an injury that happened several years ago. I feel normal again and would highly recommend the Jasper Benchmark group. Dawn, the receptionist was also fabulous and fully knowledgeable on insurance issues and proper billing procedures. I think of all of them as friends.
This is a great place to go for therapy. I would recommend the Jasper location to anyone who needs therapy. I just want to say Great Job to the guys who worked late to help me!! James H
