I have worked with Kristyn over several months both before and after shoulder surgery and cannot say enough about her professionalism and positive attitude! She helped my range of motion and pain levels improve dramatically both before and after I had surgery to repair my rotator cuff, labrum, and biceps tendon. I worked with Leslie a few times and she performed the dry needling procedure on me several times to help ease muscle tightness. I have been very pleased with the physical therapy I have received from Benchmark Physical Therapy Gulf Shores. The staff are very pleasant, attentive and concerned about my treatment. They ask questions and listen to me! I feel better than I have in a long time.They are always very organized and I am seen at my appointment time with no waiting!! Leslie and her staff are friendly and welcoming. The patient's well-being and care is their priority and they are diligent and conscientious of this with each patient. As I do my therapy, I am able to listen to the other therapists and staff members working alongside their patients. We all have different needs and I know that each of these are being addressed at this location. You can feel secure in knowing that you are in great hands with Benchmark Gulf Shores.
I had ankle surgery and this team has been amazing! They listen to my pains, understand the frustration of recovery, but push the right amount to keep progress happening (no matter how slow that progress is, in some cases!!) The atmosphere is relaxed, but professional. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, even my own son!!
