I have had severe back pain since 1985. My doctor gave me two options. I chose physical therapy instead of having surgery. The first day I walked in to Benchmark, I knew this is where I was supposed to be. The pain is now non existent on most days. They equipped me with an exercise plan and several tips to help me continue on my path to full recovery.

I could not step on the dance floor without my foot and ankle swelling and having sharp pains run through my foot. Now I have no problems participating in dance or any other activities. My ankle is pain free because of the therapists at Benchmark.

I had both inner knees replaced and felt like I was never going to walk again after surgery. I did my rehab with Benchmark and after 10 weeks I¿m walking without pain or discomfort. Many thanks to the whole team down there!

I had been dealing with extreme pain in both of my feet from Plantar Fasciitis for over a year. I had tried everything from foot braces to different medicines but nothing seemed to help. The ASTYM really helped to significantly decrease my pain and get me back to my normal life. I really appreciate the excellent and quality care that was provided by the staff at Benchmark.

Benchmark has been a lifesaver for me. I came in the first session on a walker and now I¿m walking great! They are very professional but you still feel like you are right at home. If you need therapy, this is the place to come to.
