RecommendedRight from the start, Sandy makes it easy to make appointments, and I haven’t had to call my insurance company once! I’ve worked with Lindsay, Mary and Madeline and all of them are professional and personable. I have felt less pain and more strength with passing time. I really enjoy the exercises and encouragement, and they share my excitement when I can add weight or do more reps. They have succeeded in creating an environment of hope and care. Definitely recommend BenchMark in Sugar Hill!!!

The staff is awesome here. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable while you are going through your therapy. I highly recommend them.
The staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you are made to feel like family. Scheduling appointments is beyond simple with the expertise of the front office staff. The therapist all help and assist so that your hour there is a complete hour towards recovery. Everyone is knowledgeable in their role and if they can't answer your question, I promise you you'll have it the next day or your next session. Keep being amazing staff.
I absolutely loved going in for my PT. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They listen and adjust the therapy according to your pain and needs. They don’t “shame” you into pushing yourself beyond what is appropriate. Lindsey was my primary therapist but I was completely comfortable seeing anyone there. I highly recommend them!
I had a very bad accident and benchmark helped my recovery greatly. I'm not sure what the results would have been without them.
