Paige and the Team are very knowledgeable and provide excellent re to their patients. Very versatile with the different ages that use this location. Paige is very patient and caring but manages to get you to do what needs to be done to better achieve your goals. BenchMark Physical Therapy in Tega Cay is the best PT company that I have gone to and I have been to quite a few. My most “recent” PT’s at BenchMark were (1) working to hopefully avoid back surgery. Then (2) I went for therapy after a total knee replacement. Now (3) I just graduated (again) for therapy after having back surgery. My husband and I have been so pleased with Dr. Jackie Banker and all of her staff at the Easley office . Jackie does an excellent job with therapy as well as being a great encouragement as you go through your treatment. She is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions you might have. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of Physical Therapy . I’ve certainly been blessed by their care!
My first experience was awesome, and the therapists, I had were wonderful. She explains everything that she was going to do and let her know if it is too much she will stop. I recommend this place to everyone.
I had an injury for a few years that wasn't treated properly. Ali worked on my leg and for the first time I'm pain free. I walked 2 miles today and it felt wonderful. I highly recommend Benchmark and especially Ali if you need physical therapy. Thank you Ali. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Everyone on staff is great, they're super easy to work with on scheduling, and they do all the dirty work like dealing with insurance. 😁 I've went through BenchMark a few times before, and I'll never go anywhere else for PT
