I was seen for neck and shoulder pain, nine years post discectomy, level C7 through C5. I worked with Connor and Rebecca the Clinic Manager, who were not only knowledgeable, but also compassionate and funny. They gave me great neck exercises for strengthening and stretching to do, now I just have to put in the work.
