I’ve had an excellent experience at Benchmark Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. The therapists are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping patients improve. They take the time to explain each exercise, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture of recovery. When I went to Benchmark I was told I had not met my deductible yet (I had) and that I would have to pay them $175 per visit. They did not want to go through my insurance, Blue Cross, Blue Shield. The first visit would be talking, no therapy.
Can't recommend enough - they were attentive, professional and helped me build strength back after a long injury. Great staff, great service!
