I recently received physical therapy from BenchMark at their Mechanicsville location. Elizabeth at the front desk was very welcoming and respectful. Braden Cook, D.P.T. was very knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent physical therapy. I highly recommend this location. Ginny Meeks

This was my first for physical therapy. It was prescribed by my doctor and I picked this Benchmark PT location because it was closest to my home. The receptionist was very easy to talk with and set up an appointment schedule. The therapist discussed my condition with me and came up with a regimen that worked really well for me, modifying the routine slightly with each session.
