In my honest opinion, Benchmark Physical Therapy is absolutely the best — I would give them a 10/10. Their customer service is #1, and the therapists are extremely knowledgeable. I was originally suggested to have shoulder surgery, but after going through Benchmark’s therapy program, I’m so glad I did. Now, I’m feeling much, much better! I’ve even shared my positive experience with family and friends. Thank you to everyone at Benchmark for everything!

I had a wonderful experience at the Woodbridge Benchmark location. The therapists were very kind and professional. I felt valued as a patient! They addressed my current concerns and helped me with decisions about future plans of care. I highly recommend their services.
BEST PT place I’ve been to in the dmv and unfortunately I’ve been to a few. Mrs. Lerato and staff were always very welcoming and kind. Mrs. Lerato was able to target my pain areas with massage and PT in ways that really helped long term!
