My first physical therapy ever. After fracturing my pelvis my physician sent me to BenchMark. After just one appointment I already feel much better and the exercises are helping to alleviate my stiffness, pain and anxiety. The staff and physical therapist were great. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and top notch in my opinion. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.
