INDIA and AMANDA are the BESTESTTT Amanda gives me great deep tissue massages and cupping after warm up I noticed significant difference in my quad after surgery caused the atrophy. They give me hard but progressive exercises that improved all of my mobility affecting my knee and Range of motion. I’m graduated today Yayy and grateful to be back to doing what I love like I was never broken I will come back for all my needs !
