The Benchmark team is the absolute best! The staff is very professional but also very fun and sympathetic. The therapy was very effective. The dry needling really kicked the healing into high gear and I was back on my feet much faster than anticipated. Thank you much Benchmark!
Sadly had a really disappointing dry needling experience here. PT was very nice but had very little experience with dry needling; it was not an effective session. She couldn’t even get one of the stims into the muscle. When I called back to inform them and ask if I could come back to see someone with more experience and at no charge for a make up session, they did not accept that. I would have to pay again. I’m disappointed that they delivered subpar service and didn’t want to make it up to me in any way. I’d look elsewhere.
Very personal with patients.
I have seen multiple physical therapists and Allison, Brady, & Holly are the absolute best! After a year and a half of trying to get relief, they finally have helped me start to see results within months! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, warm, supportive practice in their healing journey!
