Let me start by thanking the Benchmark staff for their incredible work on my behalf. Over the last year, they have worked on my foot, knee, and back, and my physical health is excellent. I am a senior citizen, so some preventative maintenance is needed, and I’m glad that Benchmark is my go-to resource. A special shout out to Brady and Holly, who are the best in customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have made a very bad experience much easier to understand and to overcome. With their help i will be back to my old self in no time. I highly recommend them.
The Benchmark team is the absolute best! The staff is very professional but also very fun and sympathetic. The therapy was very effective. The dry needling really kicked the healing into high gear and I was back on my feet much faster than anticipated. Thank you much Benchmark!
Sadly had a really disappointing dry needling experience here. PT was very nice but had very little experience with dry needling; it was not an effective session. She couldn’t even get one of the stims into the muscle. When I called back to inform them and ask if I could come back to see someone with more experience and at no charge for a make up session, they did not accept that. I would have to pay again. I’m disappointed that they delivered subpar service and didn’t want to make it up to me in any way. I’d look elsewhere.
