Mike, the clinic director and PT is absolutely the best. I had two issues and ended up going there twice within a year. They worked with me and my issues and my goals. Every PT was excellent and also the coordinators/techs. Along with excellent care, clearly they hire well as well. It feels like a family atmosphere but very professional and you can tell right away you will be cared for and challenged well so that you can meet your goals! Highly recommend!!
I can't speak high enough for Mike and his team at BenchMark PT. They bring a scientific approach to therapy, measuring and documenting progress throughout. Much time was taken to actually diagnose my problem, not just assume my doctor was correct. If the progress started getting stagnant or regressive, they adjusted the approach appropriately. Best facility hands down!! Dr. Michael and Dr. Bri are phenomenal! Great bedside manners and patient! They think outside of the box and the outcome is everything you expected! Highly recommend!!
10/10 would recommend everyone was friendly and welcoming , and both lead therapist were very engaging. With a moderate pace they truly focused on regaining mobility and building up strength post surgery. I appreciate how I was challenged but not forced. Everyone else was also very helpful and great environment it was much appreciated!
Everyone treats you with the utmost dignity and care. I felt heard and cared for with a lot of compassion and empathy. Even though my situation was complex I never felt like they were lacking in anyway. Even when I wanted to give up they would encourage me to try something else. I recommend them and will return when I am able to tolerate physical therapy again.
