Today, I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $25 for a PT visit on December 18, 2025. Today is the first time I've received any correspondence regarding an over due payment. I went for PT several times last year and paid my copay with cash (which is a mistake as there is no paper trail). I have no record I was even there on the 18th. I had a full knee replacement in late March and started physical therapy with Benchmark on Market St. shortly thereafter. I had my last session on July 9th and I am very happy with the results. My knee flexing is good, my knee extension is good, the pain is gone, but my golf game still needs work!. My main therapist, Alexa, was awesome! Actually the entire team at this location was awesome. It felt like family here with a friendly yet professional staff. I highly recommend this Benchmark location.
