I have been going to Benchmark off and on for 2 years now. First with my hip surgery 2 years ago and now with knee replacement in July of this year. I am now having difficulties with my back and am having therapy once again. Houston and Kelly are wonderful. I feel so at ease with them. They are very knowledgeable and I trust both completely.
Staff were kind, professional and explained each step.
I usually get a lot of anxiety about appointments, but this office immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the staff are so warm and personable that I actually look forward to coming in. One thing I really appreciate is how flexible they are with my physical therapy exercises. I can get my home exercise program in three different ways, which makes it super easy to stay consistent. I feel genuinely cared for here and highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

The entire staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and truly care. They have been amazing in my recovery and listen to my concerns. Great atmosphere to go along with the staff.
