The staff is great and made me feel very comfortable. They knew me by name by my 2nd visit. I'm sad that I have completed my therapy. Shouts to Jordan for giving me additional information on what to do even though my sessions have ended. I will use this place again if needed. Thank you to the entire staff "kudos".
The therapist are all very professional and equally proficient. The support staff is friendly and accommodating.
I have been to this Benchmark location twice - for different reasons. The therapists the first time were spot on in finding treatment for my vertigo and balance issues. Friendly folks in a friendly atmosphere. The second time, they supported surgery that I had on a finger and needed therapy to ensure healing was progressing and to provide support and guidance for strength and hand mobility. Experienced pain in hip. My doctor recommended PT and referred me to Benchmark. Very professional staff who guided me through the appropriate exercises so as to alleviate the pain I was having. Appreciate Lloyda and the care she showed.
