The team here are far beyond my expectations. They all do a great job and I enjoy every week i go. I have been going for several weeks and my right hip has improved so much. What an awesome team. Great communication, listeners and just the best ever. So happy my orthopedic doctor recommended therapy here for me. Love them!!

This group of therapists is beyond what I expected. They far exceed my previous experience with other therapy groups. They actually listen to my concerns and to what I say. They DON'T write if off and go on with a generic plan like other places I have gone! With their insight and vast knowledge they are always willing to adjust the plan for that day accordingly and they work with you for a dedicated time period. I have been at Bench Mark in Tega Cay for months. I was referred here to help with an old knee injury. It was amazing the work that they did to help. The entire staff is amazing and their flexibility in scheduling is great. Highly recommend them.
Great experience at Benchmark. Scheduling and reminders were easy and helpful. Staff was upbeat and interactive. Hena was AMAZING. After she assessed my shoulder, she explained my injury clearly. I really appreciated her expertise, her ability to adapt exercises when I experienced pain and her encouragement. Grateful for her care!
