I have a mixed review, sometimes I leave with low level back pain that is the result of the therapy. So, I do my lower back exercises I need to do now as a result of the therapy itself. Sometimes I think less therapy less pain.
Great place to recover from surgery ! They are hard on you (PT stands for Pain and Torture), but they really get you up and moving quickly.
