Receptionist must have been having a bad day.  I introduced myself as having recently moved to the area and inquiring if my specific Medicaid insurance was accepted by them and asked her to please check.  Her only reply was “I have no way to check that.”  After 10 seconds of silence, I turned around and walked out.  Found another place that treated me with exceptional kindness and determined, within 2 minutes that they were in network for my specific Medicaid insurance.  I’m sure the Physical Therapists are great at APT but ... read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a neck/shoulder injury and it is now completely healed. The staff was awesome! They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Very appreciative to everyone there for everything they do.

I'm very surprised by the 4.9 star review. Our experience is far from this. Perhaps the reviewees haven't received their invoices. This company is basically corrupt! When they failed to file the invoices to the insurance company on time; they sent us an invoice for almost $7,000! Doesn't that sound a bit excess for some pulling on your arm? Well after 2 years of push back they convinced the insurance company to accept the late filing of their invoices! Lessons learned, stay away from facilities which do not file claims in ... read more

Once my doctor released me for physical therapy after shoulder surgery I began physical therapy at Benchmark Physical Therapy in Gastonia, NC. My principal therapist was Lucy but I also had the pleasure of working with Imiah (I apologize if I spelled it wrong!). I've been going to Benchmark Physical Therapy for about 3 months for an ankle injury. When I injured myself, I thought I was never going to be able to compete again. Everyone at Benchmark was very helpful. It's a really healthy environment. After every appointment, I leave motivated and hopeful. If you have to have PT, I would say that Brenchmark in Greeneville is the best place to go. My therapists Lucas, Sam and Catilyn was great . From the first day to the last day everyone was very friendly, helpful and wonderful to work with. I never had to wait to start my sessions . The ladies that great you as you come in are warm an friendly and very helpful . If I have to have PT again, I will be going back with donuts in hand.

Laura at benchmark in Westcobb Marietta Georgia is a pro. She did a fabulous job relieving the pain in my shoulder and putting me on a program to restore mobility. I would highly recommend her and the organization

I had the pleasure of receiving Pyhsical Therapy at your Moody, Al. location recently from Dylan. Not only did he help me meet my goals, but he did it in a way that was enjoyable for me. He was very professional and at the same time connected with this old lady on her level. He did exactly what my Physician requested. The whole staff was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They are a great team. I will go there again if needed.
