I'm very surprised by the 4.9 star review. Our experience is far from this. Perhaps the reviewees haven't received their invoices. This company is basically corrupt! When they failed to file the invoices to the insurance company on time; they sent us an invoice for almost $7,000! Doesn't that sound a bit excess for some pulling on your arm? Once my doctor released me for physical therapy after shoulder surgery I began physical therapy at Benchmark Physical Therapy in Gastonia, NC. My principal therapist was Lucy but I also had the pleasure of working with Imiah (I apologize if I spelled it wrong!). Both were not only knowledgeable, but were empathetic and they care about the whole person! I was given exercises to challenge me and improve the function and capability of my shoulder and arm.
