These guys are the most honest and amazing men you’ll ever work with!! Come to find out my car would be covered under an extended warranty, but I did not know that and they saved me about $1300. I will never trust my car with anybody else with them. Totally honest and super convenient and nice!!

My first experience with Benchmark Motors for an oil change was a complete disaster. They failed to close the oil valve, causing oil to leak all over my driveway and garage. To make matters worse, when I asked them to clean up the mess, they assured me they would send someone while I was out of town. That never happened. No follow-up, no effort to make it right—just silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business not stand behind their mistakes. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
