They are the best mechanic place in town hands down.. I recommend the entire Maryland and sorrounding state to bring their car to them..service guy Jack is so awesome, he will get you right. Thanks Benchmark motors
My first experience with Benchmark Motors for an oil change was a complete disaster. They failed to close the oil valve, causing oil to leak all over my driveway and garage. To make matters worse, when I asked them to clean up the mess, they assured me they would send someone while I was out of town. That never happened. No follow-up, no effort to make it right—just silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business not stand behind their mistakes. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
I dropped off my 1986 E30 with them over the winter while on an out-of-country work trip. The work to be done was discussed beforehand. I had high expectations for them after visiting their shop and talking to the techs, but I was left with major disappointment. There's no way to contact them other than phone calls.
