My office have work with Mr. Robert Weinberg for the first time and I can say that he have all the knowledge and true professional in his field I personally recommend anybody that need a loan to call him.
Eric and his team are awesome! They did a great job of guiding us through the process of closing on a custom home. All the way from pre-approval to closing they made sure we understood every step of the process and we were never in the dark in regards to the status of our loan. He answered all of our questions in ways that we could understand and gave us some financial advice that will be valuable moving forward. On top of all that, he's one of the nicest guys around. I'd give Benchmark more than 5 stars if Facebook let me.
We just purchased our home on Friday(6/15/18). The process was so easy and all of the staff was amazing!! This is our forever home but we will suggest them to anyone buying a home!!
