Benchmark made the process of obtaining a mortgage super simple. Our realtor Brian Cronauer suggested we use Benchmark and Lori and Nancy kept us in the loop and took the time to answer all the questions we had as first time homeowners. Overpromised and underdelivered. Throughout the process of refinancing, they lacked in proper communication throughout the process and all along I was told I wouldn't have to bring any money down to closing. That's stated in the paperwork I signed with them. Just 5 days prior to closing, I get a call saying I need to bring $1,900 to closing. Overpromised and underdelivered.
Everytime I have used Eric and his office to buy/refinance a home I have been treated like family. Thank you!
