Disappointing experience. Have had several closings in the past and unfortunately this was the most poorly handled. Our rep was complacent about our concerns, did not bother showing up to closing and had underlings call or text when a personal call would have been more appropriate. We dealt with five different people at the firm on various aspects of the mortgage, but no one took responsibility for the relationship and truly making sure we got our questions answered and were satisfied with the responses.
