DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GROUP! They cancelled (via email) our trip 36 days before our vacation and gave us no further accommodations. The staff and customer relations were terrible, they cared less that 5 different families were getting together and had flights and rental cars affected by this cancellation. Absolutely terrible and sketchy management company.
We have been working with Benchmark for years and all I can say is that there are many companies that work in this space, but none hold a candle to Benchmark's performance, thoroughness, attention to detail, and overall ability to place risks. I can't say how happy we are to have made a partnership with this company and look forward to many more years of mutual success.
