We have had Benchmark maids as our cleaning service for 4-5 years and they do an outstanding job! Very pleased with everyone we have ever had clean our house. We work away from home and is very convenient for them to come and we can worry about other things we need to take care of on short time we are home. They are very flexible with our schedule and timing, and rates are very reasonable for what they do. Definitely recommend if in need of a housekeeper. Wanted a good cleaning/steam cleaning of all our floors--hardwood, ceramic & porcelain tile. Also baseboards, & steam clean shower. Kelli was very helpful, explaining their services thoroughly, & customizing our cleaning needs. Addison & Erica worked hard, non-stop, & did an excellent job! Great company, & great, friendly staff! I hired benchmark maids to clean a rental property and was extremely please with the results. They came to do a walk through first to make sure to give me a proper estimate and I felt the pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I quoted. Our place looked great, Would definitely use them again!
Had a consultation in the beginning of March, the 3rd, for a deep clean. Agreed to the price and the date of the clean for the end of March. Kelli messaged me a few days before stating one of her workers was sick and they might have to split the job over a few days. I agreed, I understand sick happens to everyone. She then messaged me back the next day stating they would not be able to do my clean and would not have an opening for 4-6 weeks.
