They are unprofessional. I live in an apartment complex that gave us backyards. Three installs over two years that haven’t taken. They have had to redo irrigation 3 times. They leave big piles of mud for me to dispose of when done. I have asked for it to be fixed and it always takes FOREVER to get any results. Which are usually not good results. And now I’m left with a strip of mud running through my yard for weeks until they can get me new grass. Customer service is lack.

Benchmark repeatedly cuts down trees without pulling permits from the City of Austin. Boycott these unethical people.
