The Benchmark Interior staff were wonderful and so helpful. We are so pleased with the carpet and the installation. They did a beautiful job. Benchmark prices were more affordable than their competitors. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Very friendly and prompt to respond. However, we bought about 1000 sf of a vinyl product thinking it would be highly scratch resistant and it is terrible. I don't know how long I'm going to be able to put up with this.
The carpet we purchased from this store has been the worst we have ever seen. We had to have it stretched 5 times in the first year. Pieces of the yarn just keep coming out. And it looks bad after only a few years.
My husband and I moved to Mesa from NC. Our realtor recommended Kate at Benchmark Interiors for floors. Such a pleasure working with her. Got 2 beautiful bathroom floors in a very timely manner. The guys who came to take up the floor and prep it were super nice, as well as the 2 guys who came to put them down. All were hardworking men. We highly recommend Benchmark Interiors!
