Ever so friendly and attentive! Had a wonderful time. Perfect location too. Had friends staying next door at 8 dyer and apparently it's same owners! I found my spot to stay! Thanks again!!!
Stayed here with my fiancé for our anniversary! Dan & Daniel were magnificent hosts — Daniel made our morning breakfasts an absolute treat with homemade breads, fresh eggs, yogurts, cereals and plenty of coffee (thought the day, too)! Our room was quite cozy and quaint. The location is top notch with most activities and destinations within a 5-15 minute walking distance. My partner and I are longtime guests at the neighboring property, 8Dyer, and I was curious to check out Benchmark when it was purchased by 8Dyer owners, Steve and Brandon. I had a guest visiting from Canada and we made a last minute decision to go to PTown for one night. Steve put us in Room 2 at Benchmark and it was lovely! The Benchmark Inn is a lovely, cute and quaint B&B. The home is fresh and bright and the room was very clean and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and fireplace. Breakfast was offered daily and you are able to put in an order the night before. I enjoyed taking in the fresh air while sitting at the bistro table located on the external access balcony. Steve and Brandon are excellent hosts. I highly recommend staying here if coming to PTown for a quiet getaway.
This was our second or third time staying at the Benchmark Inn and every time was fantastic. I can’t recommend it enough. Daniel and Dan are the perfect hosts. The Inn is centrally located, very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts are the best in town with freshly baked breads, jams, pastry, fruits, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Thanks again!!
