I too have had problems with Benchmark and their handling of complaints. Tammy with the company took my complaint regarding barking dogs that are chained in my neighbor's back yard for 18 hours a day. I can hear these dogs through out my house and can get no rest. Tammy and the rest of Benchmark do not care about their customers once they have purchased a home. Benchmark builds homes with faulty piping and does not stand behind there product please do not purchase a home like i did and be stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs after owning the home for 2 months.......
