When I started my company, my goal was to help maintain and preserve the historic beauty of Lexington and neighboring towns. Benchmark Home Painters painted the exterior of our old home and barn in Lexington. Galen, the owner, is highly professional and friendly, and his crew very hardworking, conscientious and courteous. Some carpentry work was needed and Galen found a fine carpenter to do this. He was most helpful (and patient!) with my process of choosing the perfect colors, and it was his suggestion that they strip and stain our front door rather than repaint it. I had Benchmark Homepainters come in and paint 3 rooms in my apartment and they did an excellent job! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Galen, the owner, worked with me on testing samples and was an all around great guy to do the work. Made me feel like completing my contract was a priority. I have to admit, I was a little nervous to have workers come into my house without me there, but the workers seemed very professional and trustworthy. Overall very pleased with the result!
With both an indoor job and an outdoor one, the company did a great job. The workers were polite and painstaking; the work was done on time and at a fair price. Excellent work, Benchmark!

We used Benchmark for repainting our house in Lexington. The estimate was a bit high which turned me off, but we ended up going with them anyway. In the end, they did a great job and we've very happy with the results.
