They were one of the caregiver companies recommended through senior services of Dupage to us, so you would think they would have their shit together, right? Well Benchmark gives you a dog and pony show. Went through nearly a dozen caregivers. Had a bad experience with Benchmark with their Senior living assistance, and I would advise people to stay away from them. The nurse assistant seemed under qualified and neglectful. The management was straight up rude, she would talk over me, try to argue with me, and was just as neglectful as the people they hire.
Their drivers need to put down their cell phones and pay attention. One of their nurses was weaving all over the road looking down at her phone
