I have had a very positive experience with Benchmark. I feel that having their services has given me a better quality of life and everyone that has helped me has genuinely cared about my well-being.
My heart broke when I lost my husband of 26 years. In october after fighting prostate cancer for 14 years with no options left, he went into hospice. Not knowing what to expect we were so surprised at what a wonderful organization they are. So sympathetic and kind to all members of our family. I considered them all angels sent from God to help us all get through the toughest time of our lives. If I can give a minus 0 I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE. My mother is a 70y/o high risk heart patient that has been under Benchmark care for over a year and these people refused her care after being released from a hospital stay. They only cleaned and changed a pic line, nothing else. They claim they are not able to give her the care she needs. They also did not inform us of their choice to not treat her. This is for a nurse named Taylor. I don't have a personal experience, but my best friend does and it feels like I'm going through his wound struggles with him. The fact that Taylor has helped him come so far is AMAZING. I can not give her enough credit for the good she has done for my friend. Thanks Taylor
I've used Benchmark for years now, and they have always been great about having someone come out when I needed care. Most recently, Taylor has been my primary nurse and she's awesome. She always here at the time she says she will be, very easy to talk to with a great personality and knowledgeable about questions I have or willing to find out for me.
