I am very grateful for the care I’ve received from Benchmark Home Health during my recovery. At 83 years old, recovering from a broken hip has been a difficult journey, but having Dustin as my physical therapist has made such a positive difference. We have been extremely pleased with the care my mom has received from Benchmark during her recovery from a broken hip. Everyone we have encountered has been professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping her regain her strength and independence. Very poor services I actually thought I was going to like this place but not very reliable to long of a wait and Jennifer the therapist was only was worried about leaving and getting her son to football and Zach not man of enough to communicate with me
We’ve been using Benchmark for a few weeks and I’ve had to call roughly 20 times regarding scheduling nursing and therapy visits for my mom. I wasn’t told that they don’t offer OT until services were already authorized, and they seem to be having issues with the contracting OT company, so she has yet to have OT after 3 weeks. My Therapist was Kristen and she helped me with my recovery after complete reconstruction of my ACL, and both meniscus. She was so attentive, nurturing and compassionate! She pushed me but also let me take my breaks if need be! She had a lot of knowledge of what I needed post surgery! Thank you for helping with my Knee therapy! I Highly recommend Benchmark for it was an easy process from the Therapy order, Insurance approval and finding the best Therapist for me!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
