We’ve been using Benchmark for a few weeks and I’ve had to call roughly 20 times regarding scheduling nursing and therapy visits for my mom. I wasn’t told that they don’t offer OT until services were already authorized, and they seem to be having issues with the contracting OT company, so she has yet to have OT after 3 weeks. My Therapist was Kristen and she helped me with my recovery after complete reconstruction of my ACL, and both meniscus. She was so attentive, nurturing and compassionate! She pushed me but also let me take my breaks if need be! She had a lot of knowledge of what I needed post surgery! Thank you for helping with my Knee therapy! I Highly recommend Benchmark for it was an easy process from the Therapy order, Insurance approval and finding the best Therapist for me!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
I have had a very positive experience with Benchmark. I feel that having their services has given me a better quality of life and everyone that has helped me has genuinely cared about my well-being.
My heart broke when I lost my husband of 26 years. In october after fighting prostate cancer for 14 years with no options left, he went into hospice. Not knowing what to expect we were so surprised at what a wonderful organization they are. So sympathetic and kind to all members of our family. I considered them all angels sent from God to help us all get through the toughest time of our lives. If I can give a minus 0 I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE. My mother is a 70y/o high risk heart patient that has been under Benchmark care for over a year and these people refused her care after being released from a hospital stay. They only cleaned and changed a pic line, nothing else. They claim they are not able to give her the care she needs. They also did not inform us of their choice to not treat her.
