5+ all the way! the instructors/trainers, the community is the Boujee way of being apart of a fitness club. Each time I have gone, always welcomed and left with high energy, heart beating and an extra pep in my step . Defintely not just a gym it’s a vibe that is the best kind of contagious of wanting more.

Benchmark Fitness Burlington is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is high quality (they’ve got Woodway treadmills, which are elite), and the overall atmosphere makes you want to push harder every session. The culture there is what really stands out — super welcoming, serious about training, but no ego.
