Benchmark family services Sugarland is a very bad place to start your fostering journey from if you are new to foster care. They will frustrate your efforts. The director at the Sugarland branch is very unprofessional, she lies about everything. They don't care about the children in foster care, it is all about them and their self pride. They treat foster parents like trash. Please do not go there , they will only bring pain to you and your foster child. My rating is a zero.

Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Mean what you say and say what you mean. These people waited three months for paperwork from a different CPA . Sad they waited so long , and then not only did I tell them the issue with the CPA in question , so did another parent. But they waited and still after hearing the truth from two different sources they still drunk the kool-aid. If you’re looking from support from this agency you won’t get it.

These people are a trip. First of all, I finished all the paperwork. No-one complained and they steady told me I was good. Now, their saying my history shows I'm not commited. I informed y'all my schedule was busy until I got the foster child and I would clear my schedule. You judge me and didn't hear what I said in the beginning.
