Been considering buying a Benchmark Builders Home since February March 2018 however recently I notice that they only seem to care about $$$$. The homes are already a little pricey then some of the other builders in the area and with basic contractor grade finishes. Don’t let the model home fool you. If you want to upgrade those finishes the cost are way overpriced. Add another 120k on the price of the home if you want the model.
