I visited this bike shop with a neighbor of mine to fix the back tire and it wasn't any trouble. We had a friendly conversation about my other bike and the bike tire that I brought in. I would recommend this store to anybody in the Greer / Greenville area that is looking to ride bikes and or get their personal bike looked at. I wasn't disappointed
This is the place! Great bike knowledge, they explained the work and they carry a solid bike line up! This team is worth the drive to get your bicycle serviced or even better, buy a new one.
Our family does not consist of avid bikers, but we do ride occasionally for recreation, especially as the kids get older. After changing the tubes on my wife’s 10+ year old bike, I noticed while test riding it that the chain would come off when shifting to the first or third cog in the front gears. Wanting to support a local shop, we dropped it off at Benchmark. They were very friendly, helpful, and got us fixed up quickly at a reasonable price. We’ll be back for any future cycling needs.
This is my go-to bike shop in the Greenville area. They do it right the first time. Fast friendly service from guys who really understand bikes.
