Yesterday I had the pleasure to visit this shop while I was in Greer with a buddy. The shop owner was so hospitable even let us in before the shop was officially open (which we did not expect at all). The shop owner was very passionate about cycling and working on bikes. If I lived in the area I'd bring my bike here for service!
Highly recommend. Very friendly and experienced shop. I had a small issue and they fixed my bike in 5 minutes once I came in. Update: I've come in a few times now and both Bens are super friendly and knowledgeable. Very low pressure vibe here.
Spent nearly100 in labor on 2 repairs-told over by 1 day of labor warranty and they refused to look at bike with a dropped chain that keeps happening and stranded me in dark. Repeatedly told it’s my riding style. On 2nd repair requested shifter replacement and told they’d rather repair an over 10 year shifter. Told them repeatedly, please replace, they refused. Could not have had a better experience if I wanted it. Ben and Benjamin were incredible helpful, explaining things to me as a beginner in a way that was easy to understand. The price was far below what I expected and extremely reasonable. They did exactly what needed to be done to my bike without any fluff. They have my business for life (plus the shop has a cool mountain vibe)!
