This facility lacks ethical and professional boundaries with their youth. My son went through this program and was sent home as a success story And shortly after coming home, he assaulted family members with a deadly weapon. When I called the facility back, they were of no help whatsoever And then proceeded to deny him from the program for a second time as being too severe when they just graduated him from the program just weeks prior. I couldn’t say this in benchmark because no one would believe me, but two staff Jyi Haley that touch each other pay attention closely on the camera when they’re around each other I guarantee you’ll see a close physical touch with each One another

My son was here for almost a year. He is now home. Benchmark was a good facility for him and us as parents. They really have a structured program that he needed. When he first arrived he went through some stuff there however after he was there and got with the right therapist we could tell things started to improve. His therapist JB was awesome. Really has the boys interest at heart and really worked with our son who was not opening up in therapy. JB is a wonderful therapist and so caring. All the staff were great. Sophia wh... read more
