Pro’s: Andrea is an amazing therapist! Hands down. Having a lot of experience with mental health specialists I would have to say she stands out. Ill tell u this place in my perspective as a former person her. So if I can remember right there was like 6 units where they would keep kids in. They all were for diffrent reasons I think. But I was first put into discovery didnt really like that unit because I was bullied alot I would talk to the staff and some wouldn't care but thats fine. But some did. So I talked to my therapist to move units and they did it pretty fast. I moved to uh its a hard name but the kids would call it the "sped unit" 💀😭. But anyways it was kin... read more

Thank you for caring for my son and teaching him some valuable, lifelong skills. I have no doubt in my mind he will succeed. All the staff have been very communicative, show empathy, and are well engaged in children's treatment plans. Benchmark goes well above any facility that I have worked with. Thank you for everything!!!

My son was at Benchmark for 9 months for behavior issues, depression, anxiety, drug use and attempted suicide. I was so very impressed with the care he received while he was in there. The staff was amazing! They kept me involved in every step of his care. They kept me informed with not only the problems but the progress he was making as well. My son said his experience at Benchmark was life changing for the better. There are negative reviews and I guess this is the people who either didn't stay involved with their son's care... read more

I would give this place negative star ratings. They allow their staff to be alone with multiple kids by themselves for hours and NOTHING changes when it is brought up to higher ups. You can't keep the kids safe nor staff. This places needs to be better and do better. They also treat their good staff like garbage but the crappy staff great. The state needs to do some checks here.
