I can’t say enough about the compassionate and respectful care that my dad received in the harbor unit at Billerica Crossing. He lived there for about six months and just passed away at the end of December 2025. When my brothers and I went to visit him we always found him well taken care of. The staff treated him with dignity, respect and compassion, and it was so nice to see. During his final decline the nurses were so great to us and made sure that dad had every comfort. I can't say enough about the place. My dad absolutely loved everything about it. The food is fantastic, the staff so warm and welcoming. Thank you to everyone at Billerica Crossing for taking such great care of my dad.
It was a tough decision the day our family decided that our 96 year old mom needed more care and had to move from her home of 60 years into an assisted living facility. We had scheduled several tours at various Assisted Living Facilities, but cancelled them all after seeing Benchmark at Billerica Crossings. Our entire experience from start to eventual move in has been absolutely outstanding. The entire staff, and I mean the entire staff, has been kind, courteous and professional. Our mother has some memory issues and the staff has been helping her adjust every day. They are a pet friendly facility, which is huge as my mother would be lost without her little Maltese companion. A number of residence also have their cat companions as well. I highly recommend this place.
