I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now. I have left messages on the number on the portal, the number on the website, and have also left messages on the portal. What is an HOA good for if you can't get in touch with them? So far not impressed. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
My wife and I own two office rentals in Jacksonville, but we live near Gainesville FL. Marilyn Darius with Benchmark Asset Services takes care of all our rental issues. She is extremely helpful, very efficient and always concerned for our financial needs. She keeps accurate and detailed records for our accountant and relates well to him. We are blessed and thankful to have her take care of us.
