I needed an appraisal for a divorce settlement. This company was on a court approved list of 3 appraisal companies. As a former appraiser, it was clearly evident to me the appraiser didn't follow any of the guidelines needed for an accurate analysis. Multiple errors were made in the analysis of my home as well as the comparable sales he used. I had 2 subsequent appraisals done which verified a $170,000 discrepancy in his value. This caused me great financial distress. Horrible experience!
Horrible. If you want a low appraisal they're perfect.
For a company that praises themselves so much they don't live up to expectations they came in and did an appraisal on my house I should say the second appraisal they did not check all the rooms there's a lot of things they do not do checking the systems in the house between water AC heat all the bedrooms and then on top of that they go and use old pictures nothing that shows how the house was fixed to me they should pay people not be paid for this kind of work, it almost seems like they work for certain people not doing inde... read more
