These people are by far the most unprofessional, unscrupulous, rude bunch Ive met in a very long time. If you try to stand up to them, they will pull every dirty trick to intimidate you into silence. This is a family owned business and from what I hear, the apples dont fall far from the tree. The nephew knows how to charm like no one else, but dont be fooled, hes the devil in disguise.
