Hmmm. I bought a car from their Dickinson location. The car was 2 years old and was under warranty so no real problem there (it was the car I wanted at an OK price), but I traded my car in with them and despite their promise to settle my outstanding loan "promptly, it took over 20 days for them to issue a check to clear the loan, and within that time they had sold the car. To me this is sloppy business practice and perhaps an indication they are financially stretched. So beware……...
They sold my mother a lifted titan and in less than a month it was in the shop three times and we looked at it ourselves and the truck has mud thru the entire intake and was clearly flooded at one point she took the truck back and told them what was going on and they just took the truck back to"take it to a shop to get looked at" they decided to not do that and just try to get her into another vehicule so they can avoid coming clean on the titan they will not stop giving her the run around and will not refund her money, if y... read more
Great experience. They took my car as trade in and gave me top dollar for it. The sales team was friendly and very helpful during my process. Their no haggle pricing made it easy for me to decide to go with them because they give the very lowest pricing right off the bat. I will use them again when I am ready for an upgrade!!
